Requirements

・Sushi chefs with experience in omakase and at least 3 years of overall Japanese cuisine experience (such as robata, grill, or other kitchen roles)(Entry-level candidates who are recent culinary school graduates and eager to learn are also welcome)

・Must be able to understand and follow the guidelines of U.S. sanitation laws and regulations.

・Familiarity with fast-paced business environment

・English(+Spanish speakers welcome)

About the Company

A large-scale Japanese restaurant scheduled to open in late August in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a sushi chef.

The restaurant will also offer omakase, with dinner priced at $240 and served in two seatings (6:00 PM and 8:30 PM).
